Of course, Happy Valley Racecourse will always be the Field Of Dreams for Happy Wednesday, but this season will see the brand popping up throughout Hong Kong. Last week, for instance at the Central Harbour Front, Carnivale, the resident band at the Beer Garden, popped up at Slide the City, the water party event series that has taken place in more than 200 cities around the world including Vancouver, Cape Town, Salt Lake City, Arizona, Osaka and Shanghai etc.
